Executive Director


With 26 years of experience in healthcare, Jessi Caywood brings a strong commitment to compassionate service and effective leadership. She holds a degree in Healthcare Administration and has built a career focused on improving quality of care while supporting high-performing teams and maintaining a resident-centered approach. Jessi is especially passionate about serving the elderly, working to create communities where residents feel valued, respected, and truly at home.

 
 
 

Scott Stewart

VP of Sales and Marketing

Scott has been in the senior housing / senior care space for 12 years. He is responsible for all admissions and Marketing for New Friends. He and his wife Deborah, live in Junction City. They have two daughters and two dogs. Scott enjoys personal development and pushing himself to become better in all areas of his life. In his free time, he enjoys building things and being out on the lake with friends.


 
 
 
 

Robin Shader

Registered NUrse

With 18 years of nursing experience, Robin is a dedicated community nurse committed to serving our elderly population with compassion, respect, and dignity. Her passion lies in improving quality of life for both patients and the teams who support them. Robin takes pride in fostering a collaborative, supportive environment where everyone feels valued.

As a parent to three teenagers — ages 13, 14, and 17 — Robin brings patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills to both her professional and personal life. She is driven by a deep commitment for advocacy, continuous learning, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.

 
 
 

Adrianna Stowe

Business Office Manager

Adrianna Stowe is a compassionate healthcare professional with six years of experience serving senior living communities in Oregon. Originally from Colorado, she brings warmth, creativity, and a strong sense of connection to everything she does. Throughout her career, Adrianna has worked as a caregiver, medication technician, staffing coordinator, and activities director—experiences that have given her a deep appreciation for both the clinical and personal sides of care. Now growing in her role as a Business Office Manager, she remains committed to enriching the lives of the elderly and supporting the communities she serves. Adrianna leads with heart, purpose, and the belief that meaningful change begins with each of us.

 
 
 

Kathleen Rose

Residential Care Coordinator

Kathleen Rose began her career in healthcare 32 years ago as a Certified Nursing Assistant.  She holds certifications in Medical Billing and Coding and Physical Therapy Rehabilitation, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of both clinical care and coordination of care. Her experience in skilled nursing and rehabilitation has shaped her thoughtful, attentive approach to individualized service planning. As Resident Care Coordinator, Kathleen is especially passionate about memory care and embraces a person-centered dementia care approach. She believes in honoring each resident's life history, preferences, strengths, and abilities. By meeting residents where they are and focusing on what they can do rather than what they have lost, she helps create care plans that promote dignity. engagement, safety, and quality of life. Kathleen works closely with families and the care team to foster meaningful connections and maintain a calm, supportive environment where residents feel valued, understood, and at home.

With 25 years of experience as a chef and 15 years as a Food Service Director, Eric specializes in high quality food in senior living communities. He is passionate about creating nutritious, flavorful meals that enhance quality of life while meeting the unique dietary needs of older adults. Throughout his career, Eric has built strong dining teams, elevated service standards, and earned multiple service and food satisfaction awards for excellence and resident-centered hospitality. His leadership reflects a commitment to dignity, choice, and exceptional dining experiences for seniors and their families.

 
 
 

Sandy Manning

Activities Director

Sandy brings more than 23 years of experience supporting individuals with special needs and recently discovered a new passion serving the elderly population as an Activities Director. Her extensive background in engagement and program development allows her to create meaningful experiences that promote connection, joy, and purpose for every resident she serves.

Passionate about engagement and community involvement, Sandy organizes bus outings and coordinates performances from local entertainers to keep residents active and connected. Families trust her guidance and appreciate her compassionate, dedicated approach, which has earned her the respect and affection of the community.
